I had so much fun putting a new shine to an old friend's home here in Richmond. Even though it's a free standing house it reminds me of the old brownstones I'd see when we lived in Boston. So we went with that vibe as we freshened up the kitchen, main living space, den, and dining room. I was thinking Boho- ivy league and was happily surprised with the turn out. It was such a good time as we put to use old treasures that are now front and center. Ashley had more than a few paintings given to her by talented friends. We had a good laugh over ones she inherited because they had been left out in the rain. I was all like,”I gotta get me some of those rain paintings!”. SM
