GARDEN PARTY + FLORAL WORKSHOP
The Details: I bring a floral garden party to you. You choose the venue and I set up the space and break it down when its over. I work with you to get the vibe and over all look you’d like. Either before your meal or after, I host a floral design work shop. I have three options to choose from for the workshop and each guest leaves with a beautiful arrangement they made themselves.
Cost: $1500 minimum
$150-175 per person depending on the floral workshop that you choose. It’s an 8 person minimum= 1200-1400. For each additional guest simply add on the per person cost associated with the workshop of your choosing. Table scape rental with fresh florals for the table is an additional $300 and both elements must be included= 1500-1700.
Here is what is included with the tablescape: Rental of my table linens, (your choice), chargers, cloth or paper napkins-your choice, plates, goblets, candle holders + tea light inserts (options to choose from), vessels for flowers on the table and fresh florals, fresh fruit table decor, other themed table decor from my collection or anything you’d like me to incorporate. Serving stands, spoons, cake plates, and serving dishes from my collection. Place cards. Disposable silverware, or you may provide your own for me to put out. 2, 6ft folding tables if needed. Fresh flowers and supplies for the workshop.
Workshop options: Workshop length is 45min to an hour depending on your guests. Learn how to prep your flowers, arrange them and take care once you leave.
Option 1: Hand tied bouquet wrapping with tissue paper cellophane and a ribbon. $150 per person
Option 2: Floral arrangement in a vessel with water. $170 per person
Option 3: Floral arrangement in a vessel with oasis foam. $175 per person
Extras: I am happy to help you source beautiful party favors to be placed at each setting- but the cost of the favors would be added into the base price listed. The base price of $300 for the table scape can be increased to accommodate fuller table flower arrangements or other large statement arrangements at the venue. A tabletop rail can be placed above the table and flowers and greenery and candles can be hung from that, floral chandeliers can also be added in for additional cost.
Your responsibilities: You are responsible for the venue- it could be your home or any location, and whatever food you choose to provide.
